The room faced the front and i stayed on the 18th floor. The views across the city were really nice. i found the room spacious and it had a comfortable bed. all staff i saw were helpful. I even got a travel adaptor from a receptionist to borrow.
the coffee pods were not replaced daily and there were no facecloths in the room! there was only one towel per person which was not ideal. the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night.

the river view room i secured with half board was very good. the view from the room was amazing, especially at sunset. dinner offered multiple delicious choices, all prepared with care. i found the breakfast buffet excellent, presenting fresh and diverse options for everyone. (it was all i dreamed of!)
i noticed the hotel did not replace coffee pods daily. i understand these small details can sometimes be overlooked, but it would have been helpful.
