great location wonderful staff clothes steamer special touch expensive breakfast inadequate seating bar absence restaurant absence
i found the location to be fantastic i could easily walk to attractions. the hotel provided a clothes steamer in the room i thought that was a lovely touch. the staff was wonderful. the location felt secure with a police station nearby.
the hotel lacked a bar or restaurant for evening relaxation this limited my options for unwinding. the room only had a stool for seating i found this inadequate for spending time in the room. i found the breakfast expensive. there was no city map provided at reception.

I found the staff very helpful. the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was particularly great. i appreciated the central location because everything felt very close. they offered fresh pastéis and infused water near the elevator, a nice touch.
there was no bar or restaurant available in the hotel during the evenings, so i missed a place to relax in the hotel area downstairs.

the hotel is very central. major tourist destinations, shops, restaurants, trams, and metro stations are within easy reach. a tram passes on the street, but nights are quiet. you can easily walk to many attractions.

The breakfast staff was superb. They offered eggs and coffee to order. the food was always fresh. the selection was large with pastries, fruits, and salmon available. the breakfast was amazing!!!

The breakfast had a variety of foods on offer. Eggs were cooked to order for me. The hotel is close to tourist attractions and transport links.
The Wi-Fi did not work for a few days. The phone also did not work, an inconvenience, but the staff said they were doing their best to fix it.

unreliable wi-fi improper cleaning
the location was central so i got around easy.
the wi-fi was unreliable it cut out often. also, my 'superior double room' was not cleaned properly one day, there was hairs in the bathroom. this was very unhygienic and disappointed me.

Uneven experience, some positives, some negatives
broken air conditioning no complimentary water
The breakfast had a wide selection of continental pastries and fruit.
The air conditioning in my room DID NOT work well. It struggled to cool the room even after it was supposedly fixed. I found it annoying that they didn't provide a complimentary bottle of water daily.
