location was great. the staff was friendly and helpful. afternoon tea and cake was delicious. everything was kept beautifully clean. i found the beds comfortable .

the sound isolation on the windows could use improvement. i could hear street noise, especially at night. it made sleeping a bit difficult at times.

The staff were helpful and allowed me to store my bags after check-out. This was quite helpful.

my room wasn't soundproof at all, i could hear all the street noise day and night. it was hard to sleep. additionally the room was cold, it took more than eight hours with the ac on to reach 22 degrees.

the staff stored my luggage, so i explored more of the area. the breakfast had great variety of portuguese and international foods. (i especially loved the pastries!) the room was nice.

the beautiful double room featured comfortable bedding. the bathroom had good lighting and provided toiletries. i found the room clean upon arrival and noticed daily housekeeping services were provided.

the hotel is close to tourist spots and in the center. i walked to restaurants and shops. the castle is across the street, very convenient. i liked the elevators across the street to make travelling easy.

fresh orange juice convenient location relaxing space

the breakfast buffet featured fresh orange juice and a delicious fruit salad i appreciate the convenient location offering easy access to the fort and main attractions a bus stop is also conveniently located right outside i found it easy to explore the surrounding area. i enjoyed the tea coffee and biscuits available anytime in the dining room the shared living room offered a relaxing space to unwind and socialize it created a homey atmosphere i appreciated after a day of sightseeing.

i noticed the street-facing rooms have poor sound isolation in their windows the noise from traffic and buses made sleeping difficult i suggest bringing earplugs.

clean room good air conditioning free coffee

i found the location near a car park very convenient. the room was super clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. i also enjoyed free coffee and cake at 5pm each day. it was tasty.
