superb service and location
really good support excellent restaurant homely atmosphere
marcia at reception provided really good support with every request. the restaurant recommendations i received were superb. i appreciated the comfortable, homely atmosphere and felt very welcome. i also loved the convenience of the many restaurants nearby.
The lighting in the sitting room was poor. It made reading difficult in the evenings.

there is lift access available to all floors, a great convenience. public transportation options are ample with the metro, trams, and trains being close by, it was very practical! a sightseeing tramp and tuks are accessible across the road.

my room was spacious, large and had a lovely outlook onto the square. the bathrooms were great with modern fixtures and ample space. the beautiful suite square view had all the amenities of a hotel, so i felt very pampered

excellent stay at a well-located hotel
convenient location large room homemade granola
I found the hotel's location very convenient. i stayed in a budget room. It was surprisingly large and included a large bed. the breakfast was quite ample (especially the homemade granola!). i appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff, particularly zaman, who managed our complex breakfast orders with friendliness.
the room i occupied had some noise from the square. the old windows did little to insulate against the sounds.

the staff demonstrated attentiveness and efficiency. i observed the reception team promptly addressed guest queries. housekeepers maintained immaculate conditions, showing a commitment to cleanliness and order in all areas of the hotel. the overall service was really good.

Charming Stay Centrally Located
helpful staff vegetarian restaurant healthy choices
I found the staff helpful. Pedro recommended a great vegetarian restaurant nearby. He even sent a text later with another suggestion. My sunglasses fell out of my coat after I left , but the hotel found them and shipped them to the US. The breakfast was ample, varied, and delicious, with lots of healthy choices.

My room was spacious with a view of Praça Luis de Camões from Juliet balconies. The windows provided good light to the room and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

The hotel is located right on Praca Luis de Camoes , a square on the border of Bairro Alto and Chiado neighborhoods. Tram stops are in front of the hotel and there is a great selection of restaurants nearby.

The hotel offers ample and varied breakfast options , with lots of healthy choices. Service at the bar was good and the staff were attentive. I did not have other meals at the hotel.

cheap ham used towel
the location was acceptable , close to the metro and trams.
the breakfast pastries tasted like they came from a packet , and the ham was cheap. one morning , i wanted eggs , but they had no toast. also , we received no clean towels after our room was serviced , and a used towel was hung up again.
