great attention ideal base
The staff was very responsive. Their attention to detail was excellent. The hotel is located near the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. This location made exploring the area very simple.
The traffic outside was a bit loud.

excellent location walking distance missing amenities inadequate assistance
The location was excellent and within walking distance of many places. The metro was also just a few feet away (super convenient!).
I expected more assistance during check-in. The absence of amenities in the room was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I just don't think it matched the 4 stars the hotel claims to have.

Excellent Stay, Clean, Modern, and Convenient
excellent location custom omelets delicious service
The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to many options for transportation. The breakfast buffet impressed me. They even prepare custom omelets upon request, I found. I particularly enjoyed the room service I ordered. It was delicious and promptly delivered.
The gym is very basic, but it was not an issue for me. I just did not expect it to be so small.

The staff was pleasant, patient with issues, and very helpful with all my questions . The reception staff provided prompt assistance, addressing my needs efficiently and courteously. I especially found them responsive and attentive.

This hotel has a great location. The metro station is just a few steps away. I also found that the pedestrian zone is easily accessible with just a short five-minute walk. This proximity made exploring local attractions convenient.

The breakfast buffet includes a rich selection of various food items of very good quality. I was impressed with the extensive options available and the freshness of the ingredients. The quality was consistently high and delicious.

The room looking to the inner yard was impressively quiet. I found it nice and neat. The bathroom was well kept. I found it to be a great area to relax.

The hotel features a lovely and clean pool area that remains open throughout the day. I saw that it has good equipment. The fitness room is well kept. These amenities offer ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
