The staff was very responsive. Their attention to detail was excellent. The hotel is located near the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. This location made exploring the area very simple.

The location was excellent and within walking distance of many places. The metro was also just a few feet away (super convenient!).

I expected more assistance during check-in. The absence of amenities in the room was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I just don't think it matched the 4 stars the hotel claims to have.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to many options for transportation. The breakfast buffet impressed me. They even prepare custom omelets upon request, I found. I particularly enjoyed the room service I ordered. It was delicious and promptly delivered.

The gym is very basic, but it was not an issue for me. I just did not expect it to be so small.
