The receptionists were very polite , and they gave clear information. One of them accompanied me to my room on the 4th floor , explaining how to access it. The room was large , well decorated , and above all clean. I loved the detail of the message not to put towels on the floor because there was a space to hang them after use.

I found the staff genuinely helpful. Miguel and Leonardo were especially great. The location proved excellent because it was very close to the metro station. Cleanliness was great, and the price was reasonable for what I got, a great value overall.

The towels were quite poor quality.

The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for a short stay. The hotel provides everything needed. The size of the standard double room was adequate, and I found it well kept. Fresh towels were provided daily, very nice.

The location is very convenient as it is near metro stations and good restaurants. The hotel is very close to the airport. I easily accessed transportation. The city center is within walking distance.

Portugalia, a great Portuguese restaurant, is just across the road. It is very convenient. Several other dining options are also nearby, including a few cafes. I found a supermarket down the street, great.

The hotel offers baggage storage. I left my bags after checkout to explore. The hotel offers a mini-kitchen near reception where guests can prepare food. I appreciated the availability of free coffee!
