central location luggage storage discount coupons high rail old shower tray overcrowded dressing table
the location was fantastic. it was very central and close to transit stations, and many shops were nearby. the hotel was clean and i found it quite pleasant. the staff helped with luggage storage and provided discount coupons for nearby restaurants.
the wardrobe rail was too high. i couldn't reach the other side of it, and the shower tray looked old. the dressing table was overcrowded with a coffee machine. there was nowhere to put my toilet bag.

black mold shower door
The location was great. Restaurants were RIGHT outside.
The bathroom was not good. There was black mold in the shower. It smelled like sewage every morning. The shower door did NOT close right and almost came off.

excellent staff quiet room comfortable amenities
the staff was excellent. sofia, especially, was a star. the room was quiet despite the lively city center location. i found the amenities very comfortable.

central location is great
helpful staff central location food selection good breakfast
the staff were helpful. the location is in the centre. i had easy access to many restaurants. breakfast offered a good food selection.
The wardrobe rail was high. I couldnt reach the other side. the shower tray needed a replacement. It looked old.

this hotel include a bar. happy hour is from 17:00 to 19:00. you can recover after a long day. the hotel restaurant seemed nice.
