the hotel location worked for me. i walked to many places.
i faced some problems. housekeeping did not replace used toiletries one day. also, i found the gym equipment was limited. i had to wait to use a treadmill during peak hours. the weight machines needed maintenance. it affected my workout schedule a lot.

i enjoyed my stay the breakfast had great range and delicious flavors the location was excellent allowing me to reach most places quickly the staff was excellent providing helpful recommendations and a warm welcome at all times i found the room service to be fast for extra items like hangers and toiletries.
the internet connection was inconsistent i experienced connectivity issues at times.

The hotel was charming and peaceful, allowing easy exploration. i loved the cute staff and smooth check-in process!!! the breakfast was excellent!!! the pool area was like a rainforest environment, a fantastic touch. i also appreciated the free city tour that the hotel arranged. It was so enriching and a wonderful way to explore.
The noise in the rooms was noticeable. I had to change rooms because of it. the internet was spotty. the lack of proper nightstands was also a bit inconvenient for me.
