The breakfast was acceptable. It offered a decent variety.
The room's air conditioning did not work properly. It seemed like a furnace. i asked the reception multiple times for assistance, and a technician came, but the issue remained unresolved. they didn't offer a room change and seemed annoyed i kept reporting it, so i spent two nights sweating.

The room was cleaned perfectly each day, even with personal items undisturbed. I brought my own pillow, and the staff kindly used it when making our beds. A complimentary water bottle was provided, and the bed was firm. The check-in staff was polite and quick, and the corridors maintained a welcome silence.
Sometimes, I waited almost ten minutes.

my room was clean with a comfortable double bed. a desk, a chair, and an additional chair were also available. i found a mini bar inside the room with clearly priced items. the hotel location is pretty close to the train station.
i found that my towels weren't changed . they were picked up, folded, and placed back on the shelf. the showerhead didn't have great pressure

the female receptionists were very nice and helpful, it's true. the male receptionists were not so much, not the best experience. the staff was super attentive overall.

breakfast was good at the hotel, i thought. the hotel offered a swedish table for breakfast and dinner. prices for food and drinks are generally very reasonable here.
