spacious room helpful staff city view distant train distant port bad location

I found a spacious room with a kitchenette! There was also a balcony that gave me a city view. The staff were polite and quite helpful.

The hotel bills itself as near the train station, but it is not very close. It is even farther from the port area, where there are many activities. I would not stay in this location again.

The furniture looked very old. Everything felt quite worn. The pictures online were definitely better than the reality (a classic problem). the breakfast was not great. There was hardly any choice, just cheap bread rolls and one type of cheese.

The room was large enough, providing ample space .

The interior seemed quite dated. I was like I walked back in time. Kitchen cupboards needed attention, and the small shower cubicle flooded each time it was used. They did not replenish the hospitality tray. It only contained a single tea and coffee sachet, and no milk was provided.

easy access apartment size helpful staff

the location was good for exploring the city with easy access to buses and the metro. our apartment featured a full kitchenette including dishes though there were no bowls. i found the room service each day very convenient. the staff were helpful and sorted any issues quickly.

the elevator was slow and small so it took a while to arrive.

the breakfast had a good variety from 7-11 am.

The room i had was very tired, and the shower cubicle was small and caused flooding because of an ineffective shower curtain. the hospitality tray was not replenished. It only contained one tea and coffee sachet without milk.

awful acoustics constant noise

The room was quite spacious. Reception staff were WONDERFUL.

The acoustics were awful. The first morning, I was woken up by bin men at 5am. It was NOT a pleasant start to the day. The constant noise from upstairs neighbors was also terrible. I complained and it toned down a little, but it was still too noisy.

The location allowed me easy access to public transport, supermarkets, and restaurants. my room was spacious. It included a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. staff were polite and helpful, a great combination.
