wonderful stay, few small issues

central location clean room nice decoration great selection

the location worked great. it was super central. the room was clean and it was decorated very nice. a coffee machine existed in the room. the staff seemed very nice and friendly. breakfast provided a great selection.

i noticed many hotels now have automated temperature controls. this prevents guests from setting the ac too low. the problem existed that the display showed 18 degrees celsius. the actual temperature was not that low.

the reception staff provided excellent service and was very kind. they were helpful with all requests. they showed genuine care for the guests. i found their attitude and quick problem solving to be particularly excellent.

missing mini bar cheap decor

the breakfast buffet had a nice variety.

The room lacked basic amenities, like a mini bar. it also needed more outlets for charging devices. I struggled to charge my phone and laptop at the same time. the decor felt a bit cheap and didn't match the building's supposed style, it looked like a place people would pay by the hour!

The breakfast selection was alright.

The room lacked a proper closet. There was nowhere to store clothes for a longer stay, so I lived out of my suitcase. The bathroom was also quite small, leaving minimal space for toiletries.

great breakfast clean room convenient location

I appreciated the hotel's breakfast with many choices. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff provided help with early check-out and prepared a breakfast box for my early departure. The location was very convenient, close to many attractions and the metro.

The automated temperature controls did not allow for adjustment to a lower temperature.
