the location was amazing. the underground station was very close and borough market was within walking distance. the room was quite standard, but clean.

the heated towel rail could not be turned off, and this made the bathroom very hot. i also noticed the floors were squeaky when i walked around the room.

The location is fantastic near borough station. the room had modern decor and i found it very clean. i also liked that unlocking doors happened via codes. It made entry simple.

The heated towel rail was stuck on. The bathroom got quite warm. this was a bit uncomfortable during warmer days.

The location is superb, very close to the station. the room was clean and tidy. the electric heater worked very well. It kept the room warm.

A very strong fragrance was present. It smelled like perfume in the room. the carpet looked unhygienic. It had many stains. the lamp in the mirror was impossible to turn off.

amazing stay close to borough tube!

the location is excellent it is right next to the underground station and a short walk to the river and borough market. the room had a super comfortable bed with nice clean towels. check-in was super easy and secure i really liked the keyless entry system. i was upgraded to an ensuite room upon arrival a very nice bonus.

there was some slight noise from outside i could hear the tube station but it wasn't a major issue.

super central location, wow!

the location is fantastic. i was literally steps from the subway station. the room itself was clean and i liked the keyless entry system. unlocking the doors with a code or my phone was very convenient and fast.

i noticed a very strong fragrance in the room, almost overpowering. it dissipated a bit after i opened the window, but it was quite intense initially.

The staff responded immediately and helped with any issues i faced. the manager was very cute. He provided a lot of assistance . i found this responsive service very efficient.

Top quality toiletries were provided. the room also had a good hospitality tray with tea and coffee. there was excellent secondary glazing, so it was quiet despite being on a main road. I appreciated this feature.

the room provided a hairdryer. free wifi was available. i found plenty of sockets, maybe more than nine in total.

the shower was missing a piece of the screen, so i had to be careful or i got water everywhere.
