Clean and Convenient Stay

Self check-in was simple and efficient. The location is excellent with multiple tube stations nearby. Aldgate East is only five minutes away. I found Tower Bridge easily, about a ten-minute walk downhill. Spitalfields and brick lane were also accessible within approximately fifteen minutes.

My room faced some train tracks, both overground and underground, and the noise was noticeable late into the night and early in the morning. The windows didn't fully block the sound. One even seemed a little loose.

Communication was good with staff providing instructions during check-in and check-out. I found them responsive and helpful with my queries. They also addressed my requests efficiently.
