Acceptable hotel, some issues
comfortable bed body care loud humming faulty system
The bed was comfortable. the turndown service each night came with a refreshing glass of water. The bathroom offered a wide variety of skin and body care products, including several body washes and shampoos. I appreciated the attention to detail. Everything I might need for my trip was there with excellent packaging.
The heating in my room didn't function correctly. The room was cold, it wouldn't warm up, and a loud humming noise came from the heating system. I had to turn it off completely after trying to get it working. I informed reception about the problem.
