the room was spacious with a dedicated workspace. that was acceptable

The soundproofing was minimal. I could hear everything. people slammed doors at 2am. blasting music at 8am made matters worse. the bathroom wasn't great either. the room i paid for was given to other loud guests. this wasn't acceptable.
