service concerns overshadow the stay

faulty thermostatstrong scent

i was quite disappointed with a couple of things . the thermostat in my room seemed faulty because i couldn't adjust the temperature. i contacted the front desk twice, even went downstairs in person, but nobody came to assist, it was uncomfortable. also, the scent of the hand soap and body wash was too strong for my liking. i found this really impacted my overall experience.

the location is very convenient near a train station making travel simple the staff were helpful i got a cappuccino when i checked out fresh pastry was available each morning in the lobby it was a nice touch

the room did not have great air conditioning it was not fixed when i moved rooms
