The hotel porter was excellent. I also found the room to be clean and well kept. I appreciated that both of our rooms were adjacent to each other, which simplified logistics for our group. The breakfast was great, with a good selection of food.

I noticed that the minibar was empty upon arrival. Water bottles could be purchased from reception, but stocking the minibar would be more convenient.

the breakfast was a highlight of my stay. there was a wide variety of choices available, i appreciated that option. the hotel's location was also convenient, it allowed easy access to various attractions.

the reception service was not great on arrival. my room was not ready at the expected check-in time. also, the gym had limited equipment, it restricted workout options.

the staff at breakfast was friendly. the breakfast spread was good. i started my days full. our room was spacious and clean. the location was fantastic with a few train lines close by.

i stood in a queue for check in. i also stood in a queue for checkout. for a five-star hotel, this is unacceptable. i found the minibar empty after paying a lot for the room.
