Consistent Quality and Service

excellent porter clean room

The hotel porter was excellent. I also found the room to be clean and well kept. I appreciated that both of our rooms were adjacent to each other, which simplified logistics for our group. The breakfast was great, with a good selection of food.

I noticed that the minibar was empty upon arrival. Water bottles could be purchased from reception, but stocking the minibar would be more convenient.

Facilities

8/10

The hotel features a sauna for relaxation. Its accessibility and specific design are available for guest review. The fitness center includes several machines, such as treadmills and stationary bikes for those wanting to maintain their exercise routine.

Dining

9/10

The breakfast buffet has varied options. the same items were presented daily during my three-day stay. The restaurant offers light meals, and room service is available with a limited menu. The hotel bar provides a pleasant atmosphere with helpful staff.

Service

9/10

The personnel demonstrated friendliness and willingness to assist. They tried to understand our needs despite language barriers. The front desk personnel were efficient. There were some delays with the check-out process during busy times.
