The hotel location proved convenient. It was very near an underground stop. An Aldi supermarket was also right next to the building. The room was super clean.
I noticed a bad smell in the bathroom. The room seemed basic for the price. The duvet was too small, only a single size on a double bed.

The location was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the harbor. we found a supermarket downstairs, very convenient for our needs. the hotel was so clean, and the beds was like a warm embrace, so comfortable!!!

Self check-in and check-out were available. The location is quite convenient, near party areas. The transportation from the airport was very easy (just one metro ride).
The reception is on the first floor. This was a little confusing upon arrival. There were literally no cups in the room. The rooms are only cleaned every three days.

The hotel location is great, especially if nightlife is your thing. i found it easy to reach most attractions. A quick 10 to 15 minute trip got me where i wanted. i liked that the hotel offered overflow parking, only a couple of minutes away. also, i really appreciated the free coffee offered all day. It was a nice bonus.
I was a little disappointed that coffee and tea were not available in the room. i missed that little convenience, especially in the mornings. the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at times. I recommend being aware of your surroundings when walking around.

The hotel is situated very close to the underground transit station. It is about 50 meters away. reeperbahn street is steps away, giving a great choice of dining and entertainment options. this spot is also within walking distance to the fish market and port.

the reception staff provided very helpful advice about the surrounding area. they gave clear directions on where to go and what to avoid, i found this very beneficial. early check-in was accommodated upon my arrival, i found that really helpful and nice.

slow refillingpoor soundproofing
the staff were not very attentive during breakfast service. i noticed empty trays were slow to be refilled the selection diminished quickly. also the noise from nearby bars at night was quite noticeable even with the windows closed a better soundproofing is necessary.
