friendly staff central station modern design poor soundproofing missing fridge glass walls

The hotel is near the central train station. It was about a ten-minute walk. The staff was helpful and friendly. I liked the modern design.

The soundproofing was not good. I could hear everything from the next room. There WAS NO FRIDGE in my room. The bathroom walls are glass.

The gym features equipment. I noticed it has treadmills and stationary bikes. Breakfast service provides a large variety. Staff was quick and very efficient.

The bathroom lacked shelves for toiletries which was inconvenient.

metro lines room iron spacious room

i found the room quite spacious it was a king room. the hotel is close to several metro lines this made getting around easy. the hotel provided an iron in the room this was very helpful.

the gym could get a bit crowded during peak hours.

yellow stains hard bed

the breakfast was nice with many specialities.

i found yellow stains on one of the large towels in the shower. i had put out the 'no-cleaning' card, so they initially refused to give me a new one. the bed was also very hard, not comfortable.

The room had air conditioning and a smart TV.

I booked a standard room and discovered the bathroom lacked soundproofing, a significant design flaw. The glass walls and large gaps meant every sound traveled freely and I found the bed too firm for comfort. I also found religious texts in the drawer unnecessary in a hotel room.

broken air conditioning hard bed

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel had all the facilities needed.

The air conditioning in the entire hotel was broken. Only hot air came out. I was told nothing could be done about this. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable.
