the room provided a beautiful view of the lake, this enhanced the romantic ambiance. staff members displayed excellent politeness. i especially appreciated the concierge's willingness to help arrange flowers during the anniversary breakfast, my wife was happy.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

too soft bed missed cleaning

The bed was too soft. It reminded me of sleeping on a waterbed. I requested a board to provide more support, but it didn't help at all. the room service missed cleaning all areas properly. I found a currywurst dish and a baguette left in one of the closets.
