The staff designed a superb map. It pointed out all the sights I needed to see. It also showed me how to get to them via metro bus.
It was difficult to see it was a guest house from the street. It is on a strip of coffee shops.

the room was clean and tidy. room service was good. i found the staff to be friendly. i liked the proximity to the arroios train stop. it made traveling to the downtown area quite simple.
there was no one available to assist with luggage between midnight and 8:30 am. this made it difficult to move my heavy luggage to the taxi during an early departure. this could be difficult for senior citizens.

the garden was amazing. we had a blast there with friends. the staff was super nice, friendly and really helpful, it. we found a cute tray of coffee, tea and pastel de nata in our cozy and clean room.
since i had to check out early in the morning, there wasn't anyone around to help me with my heavy bags from the room to the taxi. i hope they add one!
