amazing hotel experience!

I definitely was so great with the convenient public transport right next to the hotel. It allowed me to quickly reach tourist attractions such as the jerónimos monastery and the baixa district! i appreciate the warm, cute atmosphere and especially the front desk staff, who were always available and helpful .

the windows and walls were not soundproof, so i could hear quite a bit of outside noise! it made it a little challenging to sleep at times, inconvenient after long days of exploring.

i found numerous restaurants within a short walking distance of the hotel. this offered a diverse range of dining options that greatly enhanced my stay. i particularly enjoyed exploring local cuisines.

I appreciated the helpful staff upon my early morning arrival. They quickly provided my room despite the early hour. The room was cleaned daily. Fresh towels and sheets were provided, exceeding expectations for a short stay.

The bathroom lacked a toilet brush. The toilet seat was very close to the wall. This made it difficult to use without bumping against the metal toilet roll holder.

The staff were attentive.

The room's soundproofing was poor. I could hear everything outside, so it was hard to sleep sometimes. the shower drain was clogged, and I had to shorten my showers to avoid flooding the bathroom.
