the staff was particularly friendly. the apartment had good facilities. the hotel offers great access to public transport. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary pastel de natas they provide in reception.
the air conditioning made noise at night. it needs better maintenance.

The location was indeed perfect. i found myself close to public transport and the main attractions. the room, a superior studio, was spacious and well-equipped with everything i needed! the shower was particularly good, and the bed was comfortable. Though the pillows were too soft for my liking.
The immediate area could be a bit noisy at times. During my stay i could hear some street noise, though it didn't bother me too much.

The staff were consistently helpful with directions and suggestions. they offered useful recommendations for local restaurants. i found their assistance invaluable throughout my stay, and they were very quick to address any questions i had. Though it took a few hours to receive extra towels.
