the location suited me well.

The room temperature was an issue. the air conditioning seemed ineffective, i requested a cooler environment, but the system didn't appear responsive. noise was also a factor. Sounds from nearby rooms disrupted my attempts to rest.

The location is quite convenient to commute from. i found the hotel bar to be a nice addition, a good place to relax. the bed was comfortable. I slept well each night.

The attitude of some front staff members was not very cute. i found the breakfast offerings somewhat lacking. the room i was in had a strange smell. It wasn't particularly pleasant.

The staff was so helpful, I arrived on a very early flight. They stored my bags plus they had my room ready. They even called a taxi for me when I was ready to leave. I appreciated the friendly and professional service!

The cleanliness was not up to par at all. Towels were often refolded while dirty. I found that the pillow and the pillowcase were dirty when I checked in, so they were probably not changed. Housekeeping did little to keep shampoos and toiletries restocked daily.
