The room had an spacious design. The terrace offered views overlooking the river. We found a bottle of bubbly awaiting us on the terrace (a good surprise!). Breakfast included a wide array of dining choices. It was presented in stylish flair.
The lights and safe did not work when I arrived. I waited for help. The shower leaked and no one assisted me. Turndown service never arrived, despite the expectation.
