the receptionist was very lovely. the hotel location could not get any better. our room was super clean with attention to detail. everything was perfect.

the restaurant service was the worst. it took 30 minutes for a drink, the restaurant was not busy. i had to wave down the server to order food. appetizers took forever, and she forgot to order one.
