I really liked the location because it was easy to reach many spots on foot. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with tour changes. upon arrival, i received a glass of wine. this was a kind gesture.
I did notice the absence of direct car access to the hotel entrance. This can be a little inconvenient. it is something the hotel could improve.

The staff greeted us warmly and remained available for any request , throughout our stay. I found the room to be quite cozy. The hotel surprised me with a birthday treat . There was a good variety of wine and spirits.

the staff were excellent. ali at check-in was patient and helpful, he had a wealth of knowledge. shahin took care of us every night at dinner. he was warm with a cute smile.
the rooms are small with little space. only one luggage rack was available. the shower was missing a door so water sprayed all over the floor.

i found the location very central. almost all landmarks were within walking distance. i had a classic double or twin room facing the courtyard and there was no noise, so i could sleep with the window open. the hotel is lovely.
rooms are very small and there is little space for luggage!
