The breakfast had a great selection. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated that the cleaning staff ensured the espresso was stocked and the room remained tidy with fresh towels daily.

The soundproofing was not ideal, so I could occasionally hear noises from neighboring rooms.

i got an upgrade to a junior suite as the rooms i requested near each other were unavailable. it was a pleasant surprise. the bed was indeed massive and quite comfortable, and the breakfast had a great, varied selection. the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. i found the quick responses especially charmed.

the room soundproofing could be better. this impacted the quality of my sleep.

the cleanliness was disappointing, i found hairs in the bathroom. the ac was loud, it was difficult to adjust the temperature. the breakfast offered limited choices and the quality was low.
