convenient location early breakfast helpful staff
i found the location convenient. the short walk from the airport was easy, especially after a long flight. breakfast was very good and started quite early, which i appreciated before my early departure. i also liked that the staff was always ready to assist with any questions.
the in-room temperature was a little warm, and i could not adjust it, even with the window open.

The hotel features lego blocks at every table in common areas. My children loved it! the hotel also had a free shuttle bus stopping directly in front of it for convenient travel to local attractions.

the blackout curtains ensured a restful sleep, important for our early flight. the room included basic amenities and was kept very clean, though the space was somewhat compact for a family.

the location was convenient! the staff was super kind and efficient. i found the room very clean. it exceeded my expectations!!!
the room was very basic. the toilet paper holder touches the body, if you seat on it. i think the shower had only a curtain. the bathroom was wet all over after the shower.

the hotel's proximity to legoland was a plus. a complimentary shuttle service to legoland operated hourly which i found very convenient. the children enjoyed the lego bricks available on tables and viewing planes landing and taking off. all the staff were friendly and helpful, with clean, quiet rooms adding to the experience.
I noticed there were no connecting rooms for larger families. This impacted our family arrangement.

the hotel offered several lounge areas complete with board games. i noticed lego and drawing areas were available for children (and adults). the bar seemed well-stocked. the room was equipped adequately.
the bed sheets was slightly old, and one even had a small hole. this detail slightly detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

impersonal check-in unhelpful support
I found the check-in process rather impersonal , it felt quite automated. when i needed assistance , the support i received wasn't particularly helpful. the room itself had some issues. Despite being a double room for two people , we only had one towel. the lack of attention to such details was disappointing.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport terminal. It made my early morning departure stress-free. The staff were helpful and check-in was quick. My room was clean and well-kept. It provided a comfortable space. I used the app for a late breakfast. It was a great value.

airport location easy movement lego bricks
I thought the location near the airport was quite great. A shuttle service was available and allowed easy movement around the area. My family enjoyed the LEGO bricks provided in the restaurant very much.
The sink was somewhat clogged.
