the location was convenient! the staff was super kind and efficient. i found the room very clean. it exceeded my expectations!!!
the room was very basic. the toilet paper holder touches the body, if you seat on it. i think the shower had only a curtain. the bathroom was wet all over after the shower.

Convenient and Well-Equipped
lounge areas board games drawing areas stocked bar
the hotel offered several lounge areas complete with board games. i noticed lego and drawing areas were available for children (and adults). the bar seemed well-stocked. the room was equipped adequately.
the bed sheets looked slightly old, and one even had a small hole. this detail slightly detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.
Location
9/10
the hotel provides excellent access to the airport. its location supports easy transit to lego activities, a benefit to those planning to visit the attraction. billund itself is accessible.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast buffet presented a wide variety of choices and i found it amazing (especially the freshly baked pastries). the hotel bar also served food. I believe the quality was good. i observed many families enjoying meals in the restaurant.

impersonal check-in unhelpful support
I found the check-in process rather impersonal , it felt quite automated. when i needed assistance , the support i received wasn't particularly helpful. the room itself had some issues. Despite being a double room for two people , we only had one towel. the lack of attention to such details was disappointing.
