The staff was helpful , especially with local recommendations and directions. i was very pleased with the daily cleaning service . My room always felt fresh and tidy. the location was super convenient .

the noise from nearby establishments was noticeable during the night , affecting my sleep quality a bit.

The location was acceptable.

My room faced the street, and a bar across from the hotel created considerable noise at night. Closed windows did little to help. The room also lacked a mini-fridge. This omission made keeping drinks cold difficult.

the reception team provided helpful recommendations for exploring the area. the location is very central, near metro station avenida. 24-hour complimentary coffee in the basement was a nice touch. the staff allowed me to store my bags after checkout, a very useful service.

The shower's glass door provided limited privacy. I could see my companion's head and shoulders. the noise from a nearby club was noticeable until late at night. this impacted the sleep quality on one of the nights.

the staff was very helpful. the location worked really well for getting around. i also found the complimentary coffee in the basement useful. i appreciated the service a lot.

My room faced a wall, so the view wasn't very good. they told me i got an upgrade. It seemed like a joke. i think they need to give a warning for these types of rooms.

the room i had faced a wall it was not a good view i was told it was an upgrade i don't know what the regular rooms looked like the shower leaked water went all over the floor
