the location was ideal. many restaurants were very close. it was also an easy walk to the riverside and to rossio station for a day trip. the staff were super friendly and helpful. i consider this very important.

the shower cabinet had poor drainage, it overflowed, unpleasant. the breakfast was of average quality. i felt it lacked sufficient variety.

The room was big. it was very clean. I had a castle view from my room on the fifth floor, I think it was so worth it. Staff was helpful, mainly Ricardo. Breakfast had good options.

Street noise bothered me because window isolation was not good. Back street noise was audible, even with closed windows. The shower had poor drainage causing overflow.

Hotel location is great for walking around town. The place is close to restaurants, shops and public transportation. I could easily walk to many sights from here. I walked most of the days.
