Mixed feelings about the stay.

small elevator street noise

The elevator was REALLY small. I could barely fit with my luggage. the noise at night was a problem. I could hear people in the hallway and some street noise. It was difficult to sleep. The room itself felt a bit dated, and the bathroom was not very modern. This combination of issues left me somewhat dissatisfied.

A really GOOD experience

cute staff convenient hairdryer beautiful park

The staff were cute. I found a hairdryer in my room, very convenient. The hotel location is perfect. A short walk leads to a beautiful park.

the window was difficult to open AT night. it allowed too much noise inside. this made the room warm, as I could not use the air conditioning because it was located directly opposite the bed.

Really good Service and Prime Location

local restaurant useful information excellent service

I stayed for four nights and received great recommendations from Tiago. He provided useful information about local restaurants. The staff makes guests feel at home. I REALLY appreciated the team's excellent service.

The rooms are somewhat small. The lifts are tiny. Water drainage presents occasional issues, sadly. These were minor inconveniences.

Location

9/10

This hotel enjoys a central position, facilitating easy access to various points of interest. A short walk takes you uphill toward Príncipe Real, and going downhill, you reach the sea side of the city centre. I loved that.

Service

small room clogged drain

the room was quite small, and it felt a little cramped with my luggage. also, the bathroom wasnt great. The shower drain seemed to be clogged, and the water pooled up quickly. it was a bit annoying to deal with this each morning.
