easy navigation convenient location grab- -go options friendly staff
I found the location allowed easy navigation to both the town center and out-of-town areas using the Entrecampos train and metro stations. The hotel is two blocks from the station. Lidl Grocery is at the train station and it offers grab-and-go options at affordable prices. The staff were friendly.
The hotel decor seemed a bit old. However the room was clean.

clean room basic amenities efficient check-in reasonable price
the room was clean and included basic amenities. these amenities were replenished regularly. check-in was fast, and the staff member i interacted with was friendly and efficient. i found the price reasonable considering the location.
The street was somewhat noisy. This impacted my sleep slightly.

the location worked well for my travel. i found the metro and bus connections convenient. the staff was polite. the room had everything i needed.
i found quite a bit of hair spread on the sheets. the room carpet was also not clean. the hallways were not clean either.

handy location spacious room polite staff
the hotel has a super handy location because it is so near the metro station! the room was definitely big enough for me and all my luggage, i even opened the window for some fresh air. the staff were polite, so that's always great.

friendly staff breakfast choices fresh towels
the staff were really friendly and always smiling. breakfast had many choices, i got fresh fruit and yummy pastries everyday. also, the room was cleaned daily, i liked fresh towels.
the walls seemed thin, i could hear noise from other rooms during the night.
