the breakfast selection was great with many options available. the location was perfect for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.

The room was a bit small, it felt cramped. housekeeping did not refill the kleenex box. I had to ask the front desk. the bar service was slow!

The location proved convenient with easy access to the main avenue. The staff was always helpful. Miguel stood out. He provided excellent assistance with a smile. I valued the basic amenities .

I did notice a minor issue, the room ventilation wasn't ideal. There was a slight odor that lingered, almost like stale smoke. This did affect the overall freshness of the room.

I found its location central. The hotel is on Avenida da Liberdade. This puts it close to restaurants. Sound isolation is nice. I did not hear anyone around when sleeping. Cleaning was good each day. They do clean your room each day. Breakfast had lots of choice, was good quality. I found many Portuguese offerings. The room was very clean. The staff are friendly.

The room was warm. I was unable to turn the air con on.

the breakfast had A decent variety, adequate to start the day.

The housekeeping NEVER fully cleaned the room, which i found GROSS. they left cleaning rags behind, a blatant oversight. plus, they did not replenish the kleenex box. I requested more at the front desk, but it took an UNACCEPTABLE three hours to receive tissues.
