The hotel is near transport options like the bus, train, and metro, made getting around easy. the staff were helpful, a definite plus for any traveller. the room size was good, i had plenty of space to move around. i liked the pool area. It has a nice view.

there weren't many food options right by the hotel, requiring a bit of a walk to find something to eat.

The staff were professional, especially the lady at breakfast and the bar. They were very attentive. they ensured guests felt looked after and were quick to respond to requests, which i appreciated a lot. i found them to be efficient and courteous.

the rooftop pool was great, its depth at 1.5m suited swimmers, i liked that. the gym and spa were close to my room, so that was convenient. i also appreciated the available coffee machine and the inclusion of slippers and a robe.

the breakfast had a good selection. there was enough variety to satisfy different tastes, ensuring nobody left hungry. i was able to get everything needed to start my day energized. the food was fresh.

the breakfast was awesome with many 'portuguese tarts'! the pool was amazing! and clean plus the towels were huge! the room was also clean.

the staff at the reception area towards the end of my trip was not nice and friendly.
