The breakfast offered a great selection of healthy choices. I especially liked the fruits and sweets available. Mariana at reception and Miguel at the bar were very friendly and helpful.
I found the parking garage difficult to use. The garage door was very narrow. My SUV would not fit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . David assisted with an early check-in after my early flight, really appreciated. i found the room to be a nice size, and having a balcony added a lot to my experience. it provided a lovely spot to view nearby buildings.
the gym was small and lacked variety. there was also no pool, disappointing.

the air conditioning unit was quite old it was also very loud during operation. the reception staff presented as merely polite lacking a certain warmth i expect. i also found the hairdryer to be outdated it heated up excessively almost burning my hair.
