Excellent Hotel Stay
healthy choices friendly staff amazing service
The breakfast offered a great selection of healthy choices. I especially liked the fruits and sweets available. Mariana at reception and Miguel at the bar were very friendly and helpful.
I found the parking garage difficult to use. The garage door was very narrow. My SUV would not fit.

friendly staff early check-in
The staff was very friendly and helpful . David assisted with an early check-in after my early flight, really appreciated. i found the room to be a nice size, and having a balcony added a lot to my experience. it provided a lovely spot to view nearby buildings.
the gym was small and lacked variety. there was also no pool, disappointing.

The hotel's cleanliness impressed ME. The staff was supportive. I really appreciate Bruno helped me a lot. He were very good too meet OUR needs. He definitely.
the air conditioning was old, loud, and i think that should be fixed.

i found the location convenient, i could go to a lot shops. i ate in many restaurants nearby. ALSO, good thing is that public transport was easy to access and the neighborhood was very quiet during night.

great variety fresh breakfast prime location
my stay included a spacious double or twin room. i found the breakfast had great variety and quality.. everything tasted so fresh! the hotel is very close to luxury stores, like LV or Gucci.
the air conditioning seemed a bit loud.

loud aircon slow lifts
the air conditioning unit was quite old it was also very loud during operation. the lifts felt slow. the reception staff presented as merely polite lacking a certain warmth i expect. i also found the hairdryer to be outdated it heated up excessively almost burning my hair.

The hotel accommodated my early luggage drop-off. staff provided rooms next to each other, which helped. the rooms were quiet. i appreciated the custard tarts and port on arrival. A nice touch.
