The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. I found the water pressure in the shower to be great! The family room suited our needs perfectly. It gave us all the space we needed! I really appreciated how reasonable the prices were for snacks and drinks too.
I noticed the air conditioning wasn't working as well as I hoped.

Excellent Stay, Great Location

I appreciated the proximity to the metro station for easy city access. Several shops located nearby made it convenient. The staff offered water and sweets in the reception area, a nice touch.
Unloading luggage in front of the building was difficult due to a busy street and lack of parking space. City center was not easily accessible by walking I had to use Bolt. The overpriced snacks and drinks seemed unnecessary and took up valuable space in the small fridge.

The hotel provides drinkable water in the room every day at no additional cost. Breakfast offered a good variety and quantity. The rooms were very clean.

The staff was very nice demonstrating politeness and attentiveness. The pre-registration process. The receptionist greeted me warmly and taught me some Portuguese greetings, a great gesture.

The staff was friendly. The location is convenient, close to the metro. The breakfast included a sufficient variety of options. I was grateful for that!

The room included two separate sinks in the bathroom. The breakfast area provided a good selection. I found metro stations and supermarkets located very close to the hotel. Damien was very helpful with storing my suitcases for two days during a hike.
The street outside was busy, and unloading luggage from the car was a bit hard.
