This hotel offered a nice experience. The staff greeted us with such warmth. They excelled in fulfilling every request we raised. The location proved ideal for sightseeing. Many famous landmarks stood within walking distance (a definite plus!). Our room featured abundant comforts and luxurious amenities. The king-size bed ensured restful sleep. We appreciated the functional, modern design of the room. The massive shower offered a spa-like experience. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I especially loved the creamy porridge with honey. The restaurant staff treated us like family. Vincent, Miguel, Rafa, and Silvia.

The transparent toilet area was not something I liked.

the staff was really good, very friendly and helpful. the hotel provided a dog bed, bowl, and treats for my dog! everyone was great. the shower was powerful, and the bed was comfortable.

I booked parking. a place was found directly outside the hotel on the road, though.

the hotel is near memoria church, a short walk from the tropical gardens and the tagus riverside. it sits on a hill. walking back might feel longer, especially after lunch, so the bus is a welcome option.
