i found the room rather stark. it lacked soft lighting and comfortable furnishings. the metal school-like desks and bright industrial lamps did not contribute to a warm atmosphere. there was a lack of warmth and comfort.

The check-in staff wasn't very helpful. It seemed like they just wanted to get through the process. my room felt old, and i saw some questionable stains on the chair, which wasn't pleasant. there was no conditioner in the shower, only shampoo. the room got quite warm, and the air quality wasn't good. the pin to keep the window open was missing, so it was difficult to get fresh air.

The location was super convenient. A windy sidewalk connected directly from the airport to the hotel. I got a free upgrade to a Superior King room after traveling a long time. Inclusive breakfasts were available. The hotel offered a free airport shuttle bus on call.

The room was a little too simple. It had everything I needed though.

the staff at checking in were not helpful. the room seemed old and i saw marks in the chair. there was no conditioning in the shower, which i disliked.
