The provided kettle lacked mugs for tea or coffee. I found white mastic smeared sloppily around the bathroom to cover leaks. The breakfast presented a sparse selection. Items available on the menu became unavailable upon ordering. This hotel feels quite dated.

unpleasant smell dirty tablecloths

The room was quite small. i also noticed an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. the breakfast area was not clean. I saw dirty tablecloths, and staff did not change them promptly. there was no soap provided in the shower or at the sink.

The sink in the bathroom lacked a plug. Quite annoying! soap dispensers were empty and didn't work anyway. breakfast was seriously limited. i asked for cereal and got corn flakes with milk heated in the microwave. Very strange.

The location felt convenient, near Westfield. Public transport access made getting around easy. Breakfast includes pain au chocolat, that tasted quite good. I was happy to find free WiFi.

The hotel stay means a short walk to the town center. I walked to Stratford center in about 5 minutes. It is a perfect location if going to the London Stadium.
