The staff answered questions i had. The room seemed clean enough.

the tv was a dinosaur. Cables hung down the wall, across the floor. i couldn't even turn the thing on! All the furniture looked ancient and kind of grubby.

i found the reception staff friendly. they were respectful, professional, and informative. the bar staff provided excellent customer service. issa took good care of our group.

i noticed the bedside lights cannot be operated independently. you must turn off the main light near the bed to switch them off. this results in either bright lights or complete darkness.

the hotel looked newly renovated so i found it very worthy the price was good. i had more than enough facilities for such cost.

i noticed several broken items inside the room i ended up requesting to change rooms. the refurbishment looked poor. showers were showing age and falling off the wall

i checked into a standard double room and it was very clean with good space. the beds felt new and comfortable . the room's decoration was tasteful it added to a wonderful stay.

The room was not clean at all. The shower had only hot water, so I risked getting burned to shower. some stains were on the bed clothes so that's not what I expected.
