A VERY pleasant stay

comfortable bedspacious bathroomrainfall shower
The superior king room was adequately equipped. It featured a comfortable king bed and a spacious modern bathroom. The bathroom included two separate sinks. It also had a rainfall shower, WHICH worked effectively.
The room temperature was difficult to regulate. The radiator controls seemed somewhat unresponsive.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

airport proximityunanswered callsbasic breakfast
The location was close to the airport (a key factor for my early flight).
Calling the hotel during the day proved impossible. No one answered. Upon arrival, one person managed the bar, check-ins, orders, and table service. The breakfast was continental, but it felt basic, requiring me to search for milk.

Acceptable but Flawed Stay

acceptable pub foodmould in showerbroken curtains
The pub food I had was acceptable.
Breakfast changed. It was not good. The rooms felt old and became very hot because there was no air conditioning. I noticed mould in the shower and dust on the curtains. they were broken.

an adequate stay overall

cozy roomthoughtful touchesfriendly customersmissing noticelimited hoursearly closing
the room was quite nice and cozy. we especially appreciated the cookies left for us (i love sweets!). there was also a pleasant atmosphere in the evening, likely due to the friendly diners in the restaurant.
i did not like the absence of notices about food service hours. food service ended at 5:30 pm, and last call at the bar was 8:30 pm, with everyone asked to leave by 9 pm. this was difficult because we arrived at 4 pm.
