the executive suite i stayed in featured a welcome fruit platter and prosecco. the room included meticulous attention to cleanliness! the rooftop pool provided really good views. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of foods.
finding the right temperature in the shower was tricky, though not a big deal.

the room was a beautiful double or twin room. it featured a really good sized bathroom. i liked the nespresso coffee machine in the room (always a plus).
the gym was very small and often overcrowded. i was not told that the spa was closed. this was disappointing as it was one reason i booked the hotel. also, i have been charged twice on my credit card and have not received a refund a month after my return.

The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.
The cleaning service was inconsistent the room was not as clean as the first day. The towels were not of high quality I would expect in a luxury hotel. The 24-hour menu had very few choices available.
