the staff at the front desk were indeed professional. i found kevin the valet especially helpful as he spent time assisting with my car seat. the hotel also arranged a large cab early in the morning when the shuttle wasn't running.

i noticed some children were running and playing noisily in the corridors. it caused some delays with the lifts as they stopped on every floor.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection. I appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the airport.. it made my early departure much easier. The staff was helpful with directions to the nearby metro station.

The hotel felt a little outdated. I could hear the television from the neighboring room. The corridors leading to the rooms was old and needed some refurbishment.
