metro stations secured parking broken window lengthy wait

the hotel is near metro stations. this made getting around pretty easy. the underground car park was secured and cost €12 per day (i felt this was reasonable).

i experienced a broken window . it took multiple visits to reception before any action was taken. the wait for it to be fixed was lengthy.

high-quality selection rooftop pool

i found the breakfast very good with a complete and high-quality selection. the rooftop pool was a great addition (even though it was a bit busy sometimes).

the gym had limited equipment. the television was also too small for the room.

The breakfast selection was fantastic. i also really enjoyed the rooftop bar area. It had two pools and lots of sun loungers. the metro station being right next to the hotel was super convenient! it was very easy to get around. the staff was also attentive to all my needs.

the spa entrance wasn't included with my stay! and i had to pay extra for the spa. i wasn't expecting that, and i had never encountered that before at other spa hotels.

The hotel is near a metro station. Tourist spots and shopping areas are accessible. taxi pick-ups were easy too. i found it wonderfully convenient for public transport. i enjoyed easy exploration of the city.

high noise level unexpected cost

The breakfast was quite extensive and made fresh each morning, a standard I appreciate.

My room was not up to par. The noise level was high, persisting even late into the night, seriously impacting my sleep. Plus, the spa access came with an extra charge of 17.50 euros per person, an unexpected cost I wouldn't expect from a hotel of this supposed class.

small pool morning swim

the staff were friendly enough.

I was a bit disappointed. The rooftop pool was smaller than i expected. it also didn't open until 10 am. I wanted an early morning swim but couldn't get one. it got very crowded shortly after it opened. A bigger pool would have been nice.
