Guests frequently appreciate the Brookmill's convenient South East London location, finding it easy to get around, especially with St John's station nearby. The rooms are often described as spacious and clean, with details like complimentary muffins, oatmeal, and water adding to the experience. While some guests have noted that the double beds could be larger, the availability of food in the pub downstairs is a plus, as well as having dedicated side door for hotel stays.

The room was clean and I could park my car nearby.
The room was located above the bar, this wasn't a proper hotel. It was noisy. The stairs to the rooms were very steep and narrow, and carrying luggage up was difficult.

Mixed Experience at This Hotel
helpful stafflow water pressurelate night noise
The staff proved helpful in addressing my questions. They were reactive enough.
I wasn't thrilled with the shower. The water pressure was ridiculously low. the room was above the bar, so it was pretty noisy until late at night. It did interfere with getting a good night's sleep.
