the location was great near public transport i could easily access different parts of the city i also appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help the room was large and it had useful amenities i found it very convenient for my needs. the room was quiet despite being on a busy street i had a good rest each night.

the bathroom was smaller than i expected it made moving around a bit difficult the shower space was also limited i would have preferred a slightly larger area i also noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom it could use some refurbishment.

the luggage storage service before check-in was useful it allowed me to explore without my bags the reception area was tidy and well maintained i also noticed a helpful tourist information desk.

there are many cafes near the hotel within a short walk i found several places for breakfast and lunch there's also a good selection of restaurants offering various cuisines i enjoyed exploring the local food options.

the room included a comfortable bed and a well-equipped space i could relax and unwind after a busy day the room also had convenient amenities like a kettle and tea it allowed me to make hot drinks.

the location is a major win right across from liverpool street station! it made getting around so easy. the staff were friendly and let me keep my luggage after checkout, a real lifesaver. the little kitchen in the room was perfect for making quick meals.

the water took a little bit to get warm in the shower.

the staff was very kind. i was able to leave my luggage for free the next day and it was very helpful. the room included clean, comfortable amenities. the air conditioning kept the room cool. it was a great help as it was hot.

the room could use some maintenance. the curtains need rehanging and the toilet flush button was missing. there's also a cupboard carcass that looks like it once held a fridge.
