Wonderful Stay at Refined Hotel

The afternoon tea was good and very fresh. Staff members were polite and helpful. Breakfast was also a delicious experience. The provided room, a ground floor beautiful double room, had high-quality features .
Upon arrival, locating the car park proved difficult because of a wedding. We had to stop and ask at reception to find the location. The doors at the rear of the hotel were locked. We then had to walk back to reception to check in, a trek.

Finding the parking area proved tricky upon arrival , as I had to ask for directions at the reception.

The hotel is close to the bus station, this made public transport very accessible. I also found multiple grocery shops just around the corner , very convenient. The city center is a short walk away.

Room exceeded website pictures. The bath was huge. Two people could easily fit. Breakfast proved really good. The selection was extensive. It was a gorgeous stay. The location was very convenient.
I noticed the reception is not open all the time. This is understandable for this type of hotel.

breakfast offered everything i needed. even the cooked meal arrived on a tray and was served from that tray. the staff were really lovely. the room was comfortable with plenty of space.
on arrival, i struggled to find parking so i asked at reception. i could see a wedding was occurring. i was told the parking was behind the hotel. doors were locked because of the wedding.
