i really appreciated the helpful staff. jose assisted with a room upgrade and a recommendation for the rooftop bar. the breakfast downstairs included eggs, cheese, potatoes, fruit and toast. the hotel is close to public transit and eateries.

the window in my room did not open. it felt very stuffy and was difficult to sleep. there was also only one towel hanger in the bathroom!

The location was excellent. It was very close to the station! spitalfields market was also just a short walk away. i found the room very clean upon arrival. the two beds provided ample space.

The self check in was quite clunky. The system crashed a few times.

i found the room very clean. the complimentary soap and shampoo in the shower were lovely. the bed felt very comfortable, and i slept well (which is always a plus when traveling).
