epic stay near tower bridge!
convenient location friendly staff fresh pastries spacious room
I loved the super convenient location! it made getting around so easy. the staff was really friendly, always ready to help with a smile. breakfast had great options. I especially liked the fresh pastries and fruit. the room was spacious. I was like i had plenty of room to relax after exploring.
The gym got a little crowded during peak hours. Finding an available treadmill was challenging.

the beautiful king room included a king size bed and comfortable seating. there was a large flat screen tv, and the climate control system worked perfectly! i also appreciated the blackout curtains, made for a great night's sleep.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety. There were options like scrambled eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. i was impressed with the coffee machine. It made cappuccinos and lattes. the restaurant staff kept everything well stocked and clean.

The hotel is super close to the tower bridge station. This made traveling so simple. i walked to the tower of bridge in about 5 minutes. It was very convenient. there were many restaurants nearby. I enjoyed exploring different cuisines!

The location is amazing. London bridge station is very close. the staff was very friendly. atif made a great hot chocolate, which i appreciated. the breakfast had delicious options, and the room was clean. We loved our stay. the complimentary use of the executive lounge was a plus. i appreciated the outdoor seating area because it had a good view of the shard.
the room we had seemed slightly noisy since it was close to the lift.

the staff was very helpful and accommodating. the team addressed our requests with a smile and seemed eager to assist. we felt welcomed. the concierge provided helpful directions, too.

The front desk was very friendly and efficient. i received an upgrade for my room as a diamond member. It was really appreciated. breakfast had a good selection, and the staff was very cute. it was another great stay.
the bed was not comfortable. they made a king bed out of two twin beds, and the middle crack was evident. the bathroom was one of the worst i've seen in a while, it was very large, but the place for the shower above the bath is very narrow and the whole room gets wet.

The location was convenient. It was very modern.
I found the mattress tough. It led to poor sleep. the female reception staff at check-in seemed unwelcoming, and the bar staff looked to interrogate me about my stay, suggesting i was trespassing.

convenient location laminated flooring friendly staff
location makes travel so simple. it is near the train and underground. borough market is a short walk. many choices for eating are also nearby. the room had laminated flooring and felt so quiet. it created a relaxing space. staff are very friendly.
the showerhead wasn't the best. it had a slight leak.
